Charging my phone at 25W on this stand is noticeably faster than my old 5W pad, and the 360° rotation means I can tilt it to watch videos while it tops up. The fan is quiet enough that I don't notice it, even on my nightstand.

The active cooling fan actually keeps my phone from getting hot while it's on the stand, and the 25W speed is noticeably quicker than my old charger. I just wish the stand's 360° rotation were a touch stiffer, since it wobbles a bit when I tap the screen.
